On our website you may notice that all products are categorised by brand. This is because we don't hold any physical stock and all orders are sent directly from our suppliers, meaning we are able to offer very cheap prices on the products that we sell.

Each supplier has their own minimum order values and delivery terms which are stated on the category and product pages.

Here’s a breakdown of the ordering process:

  1. Browse the website and select the products you need.
  2. Add required products to the shopping cart.
  3. Go to checkout page and check that all minimum order quantities have been met. If your order doesn’t meet the minimum quantity requirement, you will see notification(s) in red indicating you need to add more products.
  4. When all minimum order quantities are met, you will be able to submit an order request.
  5. After you send us an order request, we will confirm stock levels and current prices with our supplier(s).
  6. If no adjustments are required, you will receive an order confirmation with our bank details so you can complete the transaction. If there are any variations in prices or something is out of stock, we will notify you via email.
  7. As soon the payment is received, we will send your order to our supplier(s).
  8. The supplier(s) will process your order and will deliver it directly to you.


Note: As all orders are despatched by our suppliers, we are unable to guarantee any delivery dates. Bulk orders can be time-intensive to prepare, meaning some suppliers and manufacturers can occasionally be slow to despatch certain orders. Please make sure you account for this and allow enough time for your order to be delivered.
