K2 STEELPOX is an epoxy adhesive for professional bonding of all types of metals such as: steel, aluminium, copper, brass, and many other surfaces. After curing, the bond becomes strong enough to be machined, drilled, tapped and sanded. Resistant to water, naphtha, kerosene. It begins to set after just 2 minutes, and becomes fully cured after 24 h.
Directions: Surfaces should be clean, dry and matted before use. Remove syringe protection cap. Squeeze out the required volume of adhesive. Mix the two ingredients together quickly and very thoroughly. After obtaining a uniform colour, the adhesive should be immediately applied to the surface and held stationary for 5 to 10 minutes. Close the syringe to protect the adhesive from drying.
We recommend using the glue using a dedicated static mixer mounted on a syringe. Mixer K2 Mixopox B195 guarantees optimal mixing of both adhesive components and strong bonding. It is ideal for mixing in a 1:1 ratio.
