Contractors grade PVA for general purpose bonding, sealing and priming of construction materials. Effectively primes and seals porous surfaces, such as interior walls. Ideal for use in combination with concrete, mortar and plaster, to improve adhesion to the substrate and seal dust/flaking surfaces.

APPLICATIONS - Effective for variety of applications as a bonding agent, primer and sealer. Suitable for cement-based mixtures, priming surfaces ready to plaster interior walls, as well as bonding materials together (e.g. wood and similar absorbent materials).
