Brick Pizza Oven Vitcas-L is large sized pre-built wood burning brick oven for outdoor use. Manufactured from high quality refractory cement and special fire clay bricks and covered with high temperature insulating material.

The Brick Oven comes in 4 pieces,

  • 2 x top and 2 x base
  • 1 tube of Vitcas Heat Resistant Silicone
  • 1 tub of 5kg Vitcas Outdoor Oven Cement
  • Free standing black metal door

The dimensions of the oven are as follows:

  • External: 1,250mm wide x 1,360mm deep x 650mm high
  • Internal: 1,000mm wide x 1,000mm deep x 500mm high
  • Entrance door: 690mm wide x 350mm high
  • Weight: 525kg
  • No. of pizzas approx.: 2-4 small at a time

NOTE: The Brick Oven is VERY heavy and you need clear access to the final location along with plenty of helpers.

*The oven has hole located in front of the door which is design for Vitcas Stainless Steel Chimney Flue with cowl and damper available in our store.

***We strongly recommend the base of the oven should be fully supported and insulated underneath with Vitcas Ceramic Fibre Board 50mm (additional insulation underneath oven base for better performance).

The edges of the Ceramic Board should be covered with Outdoor Oven Cement to make it waterproof.
