Brush Scraper is a brush for thorough cleaning of wood fired bread/ pizza ovens. It has stiff crimped brass wire, which is stapled into a hardwood maple block. The rigid scraper is screwed securely in place.

Dimensions: Comes with a 40" hardwood, metal tipped handle; the brush head is 10" wide.

Characteristics:

  • The handle is hardwood to protect you from heat as wood has low heat conductivity
  • It has a stiff crimped wire to maximise results of cleaning

Applications: Cleaning the insides of wood burning garden bread and pizza ovens.
