GENERAL

1. These conditions of sale by Boxlot Ltd apply to its sale and distribution of products and any other items from time to time offered for sale by Boxlot Ltd ("Goods") and purchased by any customer ("Customer").

2. The following terms and conditions supersede any inconsistent or supplementary provisions contained in the Customers purchase order or any other communication, Boxlot Ltd contracts with the customer on condition that the customer accepts these terms and conditions without modification or qualification and, without prejudice to this, the delivery of Goods or the acceptance of Goods or any other act or conduct of the customer in confirmation of the supply of Goods shall constitute an unqualified acceptance by the customer of these terms and conditions. No representations, warranties or guarantees other than those contained herein and no variation of these terms and conditions shall be binding on FIRM unless contained in a written document signed by Boxlot Ltd's company secretary. Any variation representation or guarantee made as aforesaid will apply only to the particular order concerned except where otherwise agreed.


PRICES AND PAYMENT

1. Boxlot Ltd reserves the right to change the price of Goods stated on its price list in force at the date of order acceptance of the Goods. Value Added Tax and any other taxes or duties chargeable in respect of the sale of Goods shall be payable by the Customer in addition. Prices listed on the website are for guidance purposes only. You will be notified of any price changes on the final order confirmation.

2. Payment is due in full before despatch. We only accept bank transfers as the method of payment, the details of which are found on the PDF invoice attached to the final order confirmation.

3. We do not offer credit accounts and all such requests will be rejected.


MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

1. Our suppliers have different minimum order quantities (MOQ) which are clearly displayed on our website. We do not accept orders below the MOQ.


ORDER PROCESS

1. Go to the checkout after adding your item(s) to the basket. Fill in your details and then send us your order request. We will then confirm the prices and stock availability with our supplier(s). If no amendments are required, we will send your order confirmation and details for payment. If product(s) are out of stock or prices have changed we will notify you via email.

Please ensure that you have the correct delivery address. Once the order is processed, the status will be “Sent to Supplier.” Changing the delivery address after this point will incur a re-routing fee of £130. +VAT


DELIVERY

1. Any delivery date quoted is only an estimate and not of the essence. As the orders are despatched by the suppliers directly, we don’t have control over delivery times but we will keep you informed on any delays. In case of failure to deliver we will do everything in our power to get it delivered to its destination.

2. Shortages should be notified in writing (sales@boxlot.uk) to Boxlot Ltd on the same day as the goods are delivered, marked for the attention of the Administration Department. In the instance of goods arriving damaged, notifications must include supporting photographic evidence. Any claims submitted after this timescale shall be rejected.

3. Deliveries are to UK Addresses only, including Scotland and the Channel Islands. Shipping costs vary depending on the suppliers, on delivery area and on quantity and will be displayed in the checkout. In some instances, the final delivery costs have to be checked manually and will be quoted before the final order conformation.


RETURN OF GOODS AND EXCHANGES

1. Product returns are only accepted in the event of incorrect goods being shipped and requires authorisation from our Administration Department. This website is intended for businesses that have a clear idea of their stock requirements and as such we will not accept ‘change of mind’ returns.


CANCELLATIONS

1. Once the payment has been made and your order has been processed, cancellation is only possible if our supplier(s) agree to it. If your order has already been despatched then it cannot be cancelled.


FORCE MAJEURE

1. Boxlot Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the delay in the performance or by the non-performance of any of its obligations here under where the same is occasioned by any cause whatsoever which is beyond Boxlot Ltd's control including but not limited to Acts of God, hostilities, civil disturbance, requisitioning, governmental or municipal restrictions prohibitions or enactment of any kind, lockout or trade disputes (whether involving its own employees or those of any other person) difficulties in obtaining workmen or materials, breakdown of machinery, fire or accident. Should any such event occur Boxlot Ltd may cancel or suspend any order of Goods by the Customer without incurring any liability for any loss or damage thereby occasioned.


PROPER LAW

1. These conditions shall be governed and construed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection herewith.


MISCELLANEOUS

1. In the event that any provisions of the Commercial Terms and Conditions of sale or any such provision shall be held by a court of law to be contrary to law, the remaining provisions of the commercial Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
