Vitcas Wooden Pizza Peel easily transports pizzas to and from the bread/ pizza oven or grill with ease. Unlike a metal peel, a wooden peel will not conduct heat very quickly therefore you can conveniently place your hand under the board to further stabilise a warm pizza during transport.
